Delete your account
You can permanently delete your ArtisianGO account and the personal data we hold about you.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open ArtisianGO and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Legal & support.
- Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.
This removes your account, profile, and related personal data, except records we must keep for law, tax, or dispute resolution (for example payment references).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account:
Include:
- The email address of the account you want deleted
- Whether you are a customer or an artist
- The words “Please delete my ArtisianGO account”
We process email deletion requests within 14 days. We may ask you to confirm identity so we do not delete someone else’s account.
Web app
You can also sign in on the ArtisianGO website and contact support if you need help deleting your account.
